논문 제목은 "Sub-10fj/bit Radiation-hard Nanoelectromechanical Non-volatile Memory" 입니다. 

Yong-Bok Lee, Ph.D. candidate of our laboratory, won a Bronze Prize at 'Physical Devices & Processes ' division of 29th Samsung Human Tech Paper with his paper entitled,

"Sub-10fj/bit Radiation-hard Nanoelectromechanical Non-volatile Memory"  ​
